Yordanov received a MFA from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria followed by a fellowship at the Vermont Studio Center. In addition to galleries throughout Europe, his work was locally showcased by "Suite Home Chicago," University of Illinois at Chicago and the Illinois Institute of Art. Yordanov’s key message is that art creates reality. This viewpoint allows an image to exist as a universal signal, giving the viewer a chance to go beyond his/her life experience.
