Implement is designed speak to our intuitive knowledge about shapes and forms that are oddly familiar. The intentionally universal title serves to reinforce a sense of vague recognition while challenging our desire to define. Overley creates his pieces using a language that is based on geometrical shapes just beyond our waking knowledge.
