Michele Goldstrom seeks to remove the distance between “Urban America” and “Rural America.” Her work reminds us of our need to reestablish our mutual dependence and strength as a whole. The Great Midwest is a living illustration that inspires Michele. In this, her first year with LSE, she presents a piece that is strong and striking. She brings together farmland and industry in a work that envelops the viewer. The viewer is called to enter and recognize the experience of being in two places at once.
Michele Goldstrom has exhibited at many shows and has recently completed a commission for Lake Land College.
