Joan Grippo has combined her two passions, gardening and art, to create a large rustic garden bench. Balancing artistic form and function, the piece is made of wrought iron and rebar, and reflects a decidedly Midwestern appreciation of nature and wildlife. Tree branches housing birds, butterflies and flowers are woven through the bench’s two-sided design. Wildlife Bench is more than 8 feet long and 8 feet high and seats up to four people.
