“Please Sit Down, Read Me A Story” empowers people to find the courage to overcome fear. People were taught to fear these fire-breathing dragons but what if the dragon was also acting out of fear. Fear is a trigger of the fight or flight reaction.

Knowledge and artistic expression help to increase our understanding of others and are two primary ways to overcome fear. Doug Gruizenga has created a friendly dragon. One that you can share a story with, or play him some music, dance for him, or read him a story. With any luck you will soon develop a precious memory of the times that you shared.
